| Driving |
These photos were taken over four days (October 24-27, 2002). It was very foggy in Seattle, and I started taking long-exposure photos of the streetlights with my trusty Canon S200 as I drove around at night. Let me first say that driving while taking pictures is highly dangerous. On one occasion I nearly blinded myself when I forgot to turn the flash off. (I'm sure I also caused some strange looks from the people driving around me, but I didn't notice because I couldn't see anything.)
If you really want to get inside my head, listen to the Lost Highway soundtrack while looking at these pictures. That's what I was listening to when I took them, and it sums of the feel of these photos for me. (If you do not want to get inside my head, I completely understand.)
